Bruce A. Sprenger announces the formation of The Sprenger Group, LLC.
Sprenger previously held the position of Group President for MB Business Capital until its acquisition by Fifth Third bank, where he established and successfully managed Marketing & Sales teams in the US and Canada.
Sprenger’ career spans over 45 years in domestic and global banking, advisory, Business to Business marketing and secured finance global education. Prior to MB, he held posts at LaSalle Business Credit and Firstar Corporation. At LaSalle, as a Group President he led a team covering the central US and western Europe operating under the ABN-AMRO umbrella. He served as President for Firstar Financial Services prior to LaSalle.
Sprenger earned a BS degree in Finance from Valpariaso University. He continued a life long passion for education in completing an Executive Fellow from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in Marketing and also a graduate of the Kellogg Chief Marketing officer program. Sprenger also graduated from The Wharton School, CFA Institute in Management.
Sprenger is a past chairman of the Secured Finance Network (SFNet, formerly the Commercial Finance Association) and a permanent member of it’s Executive Committee. SFNet is the Global trade association for Secured Finance and Factoring.
When asked about his new venture Sprenger noted; “I have been fortunate over the years to work with many talented associates and growing companies in the private, public and private equity sectors. My experience elevates a continued need for ‘advisory listening’ to help council business leaders.”
